Welcome back. This month we arrive at a closing. This coming Monday we gather for the final meditation in our 78-card series, ending with The World. It’s the last time we’ll sit together in this form, having traveled through every card in the deck. 🌞 Guided Meditation on the World Card — Monday, August 4 at 8pm (ET) This will be our only meditation this month. I’m still weighing whether it makes sense to continue Monday Meditations after this series is complete. One possibility is meeting twice a month for new moon and full moon meditations guided by tarot—or simply holding two tarot-led meditations each month. I’d love to hear your thoughts! For the rest of August, our guiding card is The Chariot. How might its themes of achievement, focus, and movement (or lack of movement) support you this month? This question will thread through this month’s tarot spread and each of our gatherings in art, reading, and writing. On the blog, I’ve revisited my very first blog post and added a reflection on what it means to “talk” with your tarot. How do the messages arrive? Images, textures, and spiritual downloads are some of what I discussed in my answer to this question. I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences in the comments of this post. From the blog.

Upcoming Events.Around the web.Interestingly, Christiana Gaudet explored a topic this month that feels related to my Talking to Tarot blog post. I love synchronicities like this! Curious if you will see the connection. 🌞 Christiana Gaudet — Accidental Guidance/Allowing Intuition to Lead What do they say? It’s tempting to hold back—especially when being seen has meant being misunderstood. But we aren’t meant to live as spectators. My work exists to invite people back into relationship with life: through meditation, tarot, art, and writing experiences that hold space for connection. Each offering is a small gesture toward re-entry. When we begin to show up, others do too. And that’s how it happens: we co-create something better, together.
Hello March! If you’re near Philadelphia this week, something special is happening this Friday, March 13, 2026. A project I’m involved in called Amethyst Gate is hosting a Literary Performance with open mic. I’d love for some of you to be there to participate from either the audience or the stage. You can register for free from Eventbrite. Below I’m sharing another excerpt from the latest post on the blog. It’s from the same piece I mentioned in the previous newsletter, though this passage is...
Hello February! You will notice our art workshop is no longer listed in the offerings below. This month’s Second Sundays Asemic Art Tarot Workshop has already passed, and for now I’m choosing to pause this series. The last few sessions have been small, and while they were meaningful for me, I don’t currently have the time or energy to keep scheduling them without rethinking the format more carefully. Rather than continuing by default, I want to make space to consider what would make this...
Hello 2026! This month I decided to bring my art and tarot knowledge together to create an exercise you might find useful. I ended up writing quite a bit about my own tarot reading practice, specifically about the difference between projective tarot reading and intuitive tarot reading. You may be surprised at how I use both and why. The full post turned into a writing exercise you can try for yourself with any tarot or oracle card. After the excerpt from this blog post below, you will find my...
